superior cost-effective solution for marking and drilling applications. There are no additional
expenses for external steering hardware.
rhothor™ laser deflection system are digital scanheads. The controller card integrates
steering with regulating functionality.
The I/O connector contains 7 RS485 channels, which can be used to control the laser
(trigger gate signal) and to create an interface to common industrial standards like RS232,
SPORT, CAN Bus, Profibus, GPIB, ...
rhothor™ Diagnostic Software gives the user the ability to control,
modify and test the behaviour of the digital deflection head. This tool enables application-specific tuning.
The low level operation set of the flight™ Interface DLL provides an easy interface to laser applications using rhothor™ deflection technology.
With the flight™ SDK, the software is built as an assembly of activeX components. The machine builder is able to define by himself the "look & feel" of the interface.
Calibration polynomials are stored internally. flightbeacon™, a calibration tool,
allows to perform automatic calibration.
